ASTROLOGICALLY-INFORMED YOGA
ONLINE - Saturdays 10:00am - 11:30am EST.
This class is designed to embody the energetics of our current and individual astrologies. To this end, participants receive a weekly forecast of the current astrological weather as well as that of their individual charts, along with a personalized suggestion for remediation through practice in their inbox before the class.
This class is a wonderful way to stay closely connected with your planetary transits and enjoy a well sequenced practice that includes Pranayama, Asana, and a Yoga Nidra Meditation to end our session.

*The suggested donation for the class is $25, and - my goal is always inclusivity. If you cannot afford the suggested donation please do not let this prevent you from practicing with us. STUDIO: $75/hour
YOUR HOME: $75/hour +Travel Time
Whether you are new to yoga, returning to yoga, coming to yoga for relaxation, or yoga has been recommended to you by your physician, private classes will increase your confidence in the understanding of alignment and breath work throughout the practice and increase the benefits of the practice.
Unlike group classes, private classes are tailored to your needs and will allow you to get far more out of your group practices, or simply receive what is needed in private classes only if this is your preference.
